Translational science seeks to speed up the process of moving research discoveries from the laboratory into healthcare practices. Numerous scientific and organizational roadblocks can act as obstacles along the path of translation and ultimately hinder the speed of progress in medical research. The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) was established by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to transform and accelerate the translational research process, with the intended result of getting treatments to more patients faster.
Whether you’re new to clinical and translational science and research, or you’ve been involved for some time, there’s always something new to learn. In an effort to encourage educational resource-sharing and collaboration, CLIC has compiled a list of online and in-person courses, workshops and other educational tools related to the field of translational science. View the complete list below or narrow your search by competency, delivery method, institution or another parameter. Contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
Additional datasets, guides, manuals and the like are housed in the CLIC Resource Center
