- Share best practices for practical applications
- Gain knowledge through resource updates
Poster Session:
The poster session will take place on Tues Nov. 1 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET. The theme is ‘Achieving Health Equity through the Science of Translation’ which coincides with the overall meeting theme. Hubs looking to participate need to register for the poster session. An account on the CLIC website is required to register. Is it necessary to register in advance?
Yes. Registrants will be vetted by CTSA Hub Group Lead Teams once registration officially closes.
Will there be any networking opportunities built into the meeting agenda?
Yes, the Poster & Networking event has been included in the November 1st activities and there are two networking breaks and a networking lunch included in the November 2nd meeting day’s agenda.
Do you anticipate any pre-meeting reading materials to be distributed?
It is possible, but not definite yet.

What is the theme of the Poster Session for the 2022 In-person CTSA Program Annual Meeting?

What needs to be included in the poster submission?
A full poster session submission will include:
- A poster file, no larger than 225MB in size
- An abstract description of the poster
- Poster presenter’s name Please note, the poster presenter must register for the meeting, as well.
How will the Poster Session work during this meeting?
The Poster Session will be hosted in the Ambassador Ballroom on the lower level of the hotel on the evening of Tuesday, November 1st from 6:00pm – 8:00pm ET with the posters arranged alphabetically by Hub name. They will be viewable through 3:30pm ET on Wednesday, November 2nd.

How do I edit my initial poster submission?
To edit your poster submission, from your account page, go to the Authored Content tab and select the poster from the list.
How large can the poster be?
The maximum allowable size of the poster is 44”h x 90”w.
Remember there is a limit of one poster per hub / coordinating center.
How large can the abstract be?
There is no limit to the size of the abstract entry.
Is it possible to include a video presentation of the poster in the submission?
Yes, the submission form includes an optional field to upload a video.

When and where will the posters be displayed?
The Poster and Networking Session will be hosted in the Ambassador Ballroom located on the lower level of the Omni Shoreham hotel.
How will the posters be displayed?
The CLIC Meeting Planning Team has arranged for bulletin boards to display the posters on. The posters will be in alphabetic order by Hub / Coordinating Center. To assist with that, labels will be applied to the boards to indicate where a poster is to be hung to keep things in alphabetical order.
What is the timing for set up and take down of the posters?

Registration is scheduled to open Monday, July 11th.
Is there a limit to how many participants can register per CTSA Hub?
Yes, there is a registration limit for each Hub. Overall, each Hub can have five (5) in-person attendees.This number does not include speakers or the one poster presenter for your Hub.
When does registration close?
Registration will officially close on Thursday, October 14th.
Do I need a CLIC website account to register for the 2022 In-person CTSA Program Annual Meeting?
Yes, a CLIC account is necessary in order to register. If you do not have an account yet, please follow the instructions in the New Member Guide.
Is there a cost to participate in the 2022 In-person CTSA Program Annual Meeting?
No, there is no cost involved to participate in the meeting.
Can someone else register me on my behalf?
Yes, that is possible.There is a question on the registration form asking if you are registering yourself or on behalf of another user.
What happens after I register?
Directly following your registration, a confirmation message is sent that will:
- Outline the information provided during registration
- Provide the link to the Hotel Room Block
- Please note: guest rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Include links to any important information on the website
As the meeting dates get closer, a final confirmation email will be sent to each registrant outlining what to expect at the meeting.

Please provide your signed release form bio no later than October 10th.

Does the Omni Shoreham Hotel offer a shuttle service between the hotel and the airport?
Unfortunately, no. The Omni Shoreham does not offer a shuttle service. Your transfer options include:
