Clinical Protocol Development Workshop

The North Carolina Translational and Clinical Sciences Institute at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill will be hosting a Clinical Protocol Development Workshop on September 17th from 9:00-11:30 am. The goal of this workshop is to provide researchers with knowledge, tools and resources to aid in the development of a scientific protocol for a clinical research study. This 2.5 hour workshop will focus on the following key points:

  • Who needs a clinical protocol and why it is important
  • Types of clinical protocols
  • Protocol problems spots and ways to improve protocols
  • Resources and tools available at UNC-Chapel Hill to support clinical protocol development
