Facilitating Clinical Research Through an Academic – Community Hospital Partnership: The Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Network (JHCRN)

As a follow-up to the 2021 Un-Meeting: Exploring the Inclusion of Community Hospitals in Clinical Research, the CLIC Un-Meetings Team is hosting a webinar of a successful academic – community hospital partnership.

Join Dr. Adrian Sandra Dobs, director of the Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Network and professor of Medicine and Oncology, for a 20-minute live Zoom webinar on the topic of “Facilitating Clinical Research Through an Academic – Community Hospital Partnership: The Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Network”.

A 10-minute Q&A session will follow the presentation.

The Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Network is a partnership between academic and community hospitals in the mid-Atlantic states. Established in 2009, our mission is to engage investigators and patients from health care systems in urban, suburban, and rural sites. This existing infrastructure facilitates research by using one IRB and contracting body. In this way, access to cutting-edge research can be provided in the local environment to serve a diverse patient population and health care system.
