The term netiquette, or ‘network etiquette’, refers to the informal rules of good online communication, founded on the principles of common courtesy and respect for individuals – their backgrounds and beliefs, their experience and expertise, resources, time and bandwidth.

Language and conduct
We want the Forum to be a welcoming place for everyone. Do not use obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or excessively violent language. Do not harass, insult, taunt, provoke, demean, or personally attack other forum members. Be friendly even if others are not. Overall – just be respectful.
With that said, negative feedback can be very useful to further improve the CTSA Program if it is presented in a civil and factual manner. All users are encouraged to honestly express their feelings. However, posts that are non-constructive or insulting may be flagged or removed.
Note: If you observe someone breaking a rule or behaving in a questionable fashion, do not try to deal with it yourself. You can flag a Post or Reply and a moderator will review. If you have questions, concerns or need advice please also use the general contact form.
