Additional Groups

In addition to the Steering Committee and the Domain Task Forces, there are a few other critical groups that help the CTSA Program succeed. Learn more about each of these groups below, and reach out to us with any questions about joining a particular group. Please note, some groups require membership approval, while others do not.

The Administrators serve as key points of contact between program leadership and directors, and NCATS personnel. This group focuses on best practices and issues related to the efficient conduct of the CTSA Program
The Communicators focus on effectively communicating about the efforts of the hubs, and about translational science and its societal value
The CTSA Program Group page contains all information related to the CTSA Program Webinar, which is a monthly meeting between the CTSA Program members and NCATS Leadership
The Evaluators encourage cutting edge research on evaluation methods and processes relevant to the evaluation and management of translational science
KL2 awards support mentored research career development for clinical investigators who have recently completed professional training and who are commencing basic, translational and/or clinical research
TL1 awards support students seeking a practical introduction to clinical and translational research. The CTSA Program hub selects TL1 candidates and provides full-time research training support for predoctoral candidates as well as postdoctoral fellows
