Conference Goals: Provide an engaging and scholarly forum for clinical and translational scientists and institutional leaders from across the nation to learn about and contribute to evidence-based and sustainable approaches to mentorship education that are scalable and culturally responsive. Engage with mentorship experts, practitioners, institutional leaders, and scholars across all career stages who are interested in collaborations to advance the quality of mentorship through education and research across the CTSA consortium.
Audience: Education and training directors, administrators, researchers, trained facilitators across career stages with a professional interest and commitment to improving and diversifying workforce development and fostering a climate of inclusive excellence through best practices in mentorship.
