Applications are currently being accepted for the 2021 UC Davis/UC Irvine Train New Trainers Clinician Health and Wellbeing Fellowship, a seven-month clinical education program for clinicians in all disciplines (including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and clinical staff) who wish to receive advanced training in clinical health and wellbeing. A new cohort begins April 25, 2022.

Most of the curriculum will be presented virtually, during bimonthly webinars on the second and fourth Monday of each month (noon to 1:30 p.m. PST).

Trainees will learn solutions for burnout, depression, anxiety and substance disorders; approaches to preventative health on the individual and organizational levels; and techniques for engaging, treating, and monitoring impaired clinicians. They will also learn how to teach these concepts and principles to their colleagues.
