R for Quantitative Health Sciences: An Interview with Jarrod Dalton

Medical decision making is a complicated topic, involving not just estimates of disease risk or prognosis, but a host of other issues like physician judgment, patient preferences, cost effectiveness of different therapies, and the patient’s desired degree of participation in the decision-making process. CTSC KL2 Scholar alum, Jarrod Dalton, PhD, is researching ways to better understand both opportunities and limitations of advanced quantitative risk modeling approaches for diverse patient populations.
