CTSA Program Hub information

Summary: 

The purpose of this survey was to gather contact information from CTSA Program initiative representatives from the hubs who are currently being funded or have been funded and are still participating in the CTSA Program Domain Task Forces (DTF) and/or Common Metrics Initiative (CMI). This information will facilitate the ability of the coordinating center (CLIC) to contact the various hub representatives regarding initiative specific topics as well as begin build a voting member list for the various DTFs. By completing hubs will be able to tell CLIC how they wish to be represented both by name and logo on the CLIC website.

We obtained 49 overall responses from the 57 2017-2018 CTSA Program funded hubs. While 49 responses were obtained not all information was provided from each hub. Table 1 shows the response rate assuming 57 CTSA Program hubs funded in 2017-2018, for U01, 48 hubs were funded in 2017-2018 through TL1, and 57 were funded through KL2 award in 2017-2018.
