How to Submit a Working Group Proposal

How-to
After logging in to the CLIC website, select “Groups” in the menu bar and then select “Working Groups”. That will take them to the Working Groups page with the list of the current Working Groups. Once on the Working Groups page, they can select “Working Group Proposal Submissions” link in the “Group Application” description to access more information on how to submit a Working Group Proposal and to access the application. All required fields of the application must be completed for the proposal to be considered. To see examples of previously approved applications, you can look at the current Working Group pages.

About

The process for creating Working Groups was modified starting in January, 2020. Hub members can create a Working Group Application to submit to the CTSA Program Steering Committee for review. There are three application cycles per year, pending resource ability.

Value to Hubs

Hubs can engage with the consortium by submitting a Working Group application that is aimed at considering and developing solutions around a specific clinical and translational science issue affecting their hub and the broader CTSA Program.
