April 2022 Update - WG Submissions on pause
The CTSA Program Steering Committee (SC) is announcing a pause in acceptance of Working Group submissions. Due to the following:
- the sunsetting of CD2H and CLIC
- transition from CLIC to the support contract
- the SC currently evaluating the impact of the Working Group process
The SC has decided to pause the acceptance of Working Group submissions at least for the May submission period. They will re-evaluate before the September submission period if a pause is still needed. If you have any questions or feedback, they can be submitted to the CTSA Program Steering committee through the Suggestion Box on the CLIC website.
Group Proposal – The CTSA Program Working Groups (WGs) consider and develop solutions around a specific clinical and translational science issue. Working Groups that are APPROVED by CTSA Program Steering Committee will be supported by CLIC. Groups/Individuals interested in forming a WG are REQUIRED to propose and deliver well-defined projects or deliverables that fill identified translational gaps and/or further the CTSA Program objectives in high-priority areas in clinical and translational science. More information on the role and structure of WGs can be found in the CTSA Program Groups Guidance document and in the CTSA Program Groups Guidance FAQs.
Pending WG resource availability, there will be three (3) application submission rounds annually (see schedule below). To have your Working Group idea considered for approval by the CTSA Program Steering Committee for this round, please complete and submit your proposal no later than 11:59 PM EST on the day listed below. You can access the online proposal form below. (Please note, you must be logged in to access the form.)
