Group Proposal – The CTSA Program Working Groups (WGs) consider and develop solutions around a specific clinical and translational science issue. Working Groups that are APPROVED by CTSA Program Steering Committee will be supported. Groups/Individuals interested in forming a WG are REQUIRED to propose and deliver well-defined projects or deliverables that fill identified translational gaps and/or further the CTSA Program objectives in high-priority areas in clinical and translational science. More information on the role and structure of WGs can be found in the CTSA Program Groups Guidance document and in the CTSA Program Groups Guidance FAQs.
Pending WG resource availability, there will now be two (2) application submission rounds annually (see schedule below). To have your Working Group idea considered for approval by the CTSA Program Steering Committee for either round, please complete and submit your proposal no later than 11:59 PM EST on the day listed below. CLIC and CCOS (Coordination, Communication and Operations Support) will work together to support the next cycle of Working Group proposals. The application and submission process will remain the same as previous rounds for the March 2023 submission. A PDF of the questions in the application can be found below.
