The University of Rochester Clinical and Translational Science Institute’s Equity-Focused Dissemination and Implementation (EQ-DI) webinar series explores the bridge between research and action, and how to addresses issues that can speed up or slow down the dissemination and implementation of evidence-based practices.
The COVID-19 pandemic showed how rapid evolution of environments and systems impacts getting interventions like testing and treatment to the people in need. The webinar series provides perspectives on how context – and its complex and evolving nature – can impact dissemination and implementation, how to engage stakeholders and build relations across systems, and most importantly, how EQ-DI science can help prevent vulnerable individuals and social groups from falling through the cracks.
