The CLIC Cohorts for Change workshop series will be kicking off in October! This 6-month training program will focus on giving participants the knowledge and skills to further develop structural and administrative anti-racism initiatives within their CTSA Program hub. The series combines monthly live group discussions and activities with experienced facilitators plus asynchronous learning opportunities to facilitate short and long-term change.
Each participating hub will nominate two members for the program, and pairs will work together collectively within the workshop to bring tangible recommendations and action steps to institutional directors and the CTSA community. If you are interested in having your hub participating in the series, please contact your CTSA Program hub administrator, who will be able to submit the nomination, as submissions are limited to one per hub. The nomination form will close on September 17th.
Since this pilot workshop series is limited to nominated participants, CLIC has created a space for the translational science community to follow along with the series over the next six months and access the resources and materials utilized in the workshops.
Each workshop topic will have a corresponding page filled with resources from around the consortium for the CTSA Program community to use in further developing, structuring, and strengthening their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
We encourage hubs to submit free resources, such as toolkits, videos, online courses, relevant to the topics of the workshops to [email protected] so we can share them with the community on the Cohorts for Change webpage.
The workshop series topics and facilitators will be:
