Wellness Resource Kit: Stay active

Stay active

Closed gyms and cancelled social events created a void in our established physical and emotional habits that kept us in good shape and spirit. Are you seeking motivation in creating a new fitness routine? New approaches to healthy eating? Intellectual and recreational activities to engage your brain? Here are some resources to keep your mind, body and heart active.

In addition to the resources listed below, here are a few additional resources to help you meet your personal goals in this area:

We encourage you to use the comment box below to post your thoughts or to recommend other wellness resources that you or your institution's trainees have found helpful. We are always available at education@clic-ctsa.org to answer your questions or help you share your ideas! Additional information and resource kits can be found on the Wellness during COVID-19 and Beyond page.

Purpose
In response to the needs of our CTSA trainee and scholar communities during this unprecedented crisis, NCATS and CLIC have collaborated to create a portal to wellness resources that can help you take care of yourself, feel connected, keep active, and integrate wellness as a means to excel in your career and pursue your professional, academic, and personal goals.
