Innovation for Impact through Stakeholder Engagement

Over the last five years, CLIC has engaged stakeholders and partners across the consortium to amplify the research of CTSAs and communicate the impact of translational science. We have translated data into action by creating annual bi-directional metric reports, disseminating stories through the Insights to Inspire annual program, and developing actionable and sustainable resources, From Insights to Action. The CLIC Un-Meetings and Synergy papers created an innovative platform for team science activities uniting multi- and trans-disciplinary teams to address complex scientific issues. Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion is at the center of our activities, recently launching a new program, Cohorts for Change. This 6-month program focuses on increasing knowledge and developing skills to further develop structural and administrative anti-racism initiatives within their CTSA program. From Insights to Action is a roadmap to developing and enhancing diversity in scientific educational programs. The strategies outlined have broad application at the organizational level. In every case, our communication efforts used interactive multimedia for maximum impact.
